Where Hip Meets History

The Vintage 45 has transformed the historic Neil B. McGinnis warehouse into a modern, event venue. In the 1940s in Phoenix, Neil B. McGinnis commissioned Edward L. Varney, rising Valley architect and student of Frank Lloyd Wright, to build the downtown warehouse to serve as the Phoenix headquarters for his heavy equipment company.

Today, The Vintage 45 adaptive reuse of the historic warehouse stays true to its mid-century architecture. The stunning front window display that once showcased cars and tractors now provides an uninterrupted vista of the downtown Phoenix skyline for your event.

As the building perhaps always has been, The Vintage 45 is a place with a purpose, serving the real needs of the surrounding community. We regularly host community and non-profit events, partnering wherever possible to meet our neighbors’ needs.
